This year I start with a little look back at the most popular recipes published in 2021! Recipes that we and you loved.

Here you’ll find some luscious, filling soups perfect for cold weather. Plus some Italian focaccia, moist cakes and pasta. Easy recipes that require everyday ingredients and taste totally delicious.

As always, I do my best to make sure each recipe proves worthwhile.

I only wish I cooked and created more in 2021, and this feeling makes me start the new year with a new resolution: more delicious recipes!

If you’ve never baked focaccia with olives, it’s time for you to try! It’s absolutely delicious with its golden oil-scented crust and juicy olives. This recipe is so SIMPLE to make in one bowl and no kneading is required.

Ricotta and raspberry cake

This delicious raspberry ricotta cake bursting with fresh juicy raspberries is so easy to make in one bowl. This is the perfect Sunday treat, we love it!
