You can't go wrong with this super easy sriracha aioli sauce! The hint of spicy sriracha combined with garlic mayo and lime flavor makes anything that you dip into it that so delicious. Recipe yields 1 cup.

Ingredients
¾ cup(150 grams)good-quality Mayonnaise
2tablespoonssriracha sauce
2 tablespoonslime juice
¼teaspoongarlic, finely grated (use more if you wish)
fine salt, to taste
Instructions
Finely grate the garlic, possibly with a microplane.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until fully combined and smooth. I use ¼ tsp of salt, but make sure to taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Also, you might want to add more garlic or sriracha sauce, feel free to adjust the final flavor to your liking.
Transfer to a small serving bowl and serve with your favorite dippers. Enjoy!
