Ingredients
½ cup(120 ml)light coconut milk
½ cup(120 ml)cold water + 2 ice cubes
2 cups (240 grams)frozen diced pineapple
1 Tablespoonmaple syrup, or to taste (optional)
5mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the blender container starting with the liquid first, then fruit, and finally maple syrup (if you use it) and mint.
Secure the lid and blend until smooth. If you're using frozen pineapple and frozen banana, you may need to use the tamper on your high-powered blender to ensure everything gets blended smoothly.
Taste and adjust the consistency and sweetness if needed. Add a touch of cold water or sweetener if you like.
